2015-10-13 FMS e-invitations temporarily not available Dear Partners,

We have to inform you that effective today, 14th October, due to the technical issues within the Federal Migration Service the option of FMS e-invitations is currently unavailable.
All requests sent to us since Monday, 12th October, and the requests which are already in process will be delivered as paper invitations.

We will keep you updated on this issue.

2015-06-01 June 12, 2015 is an official holiday in Russia Dear Partners,

June 12, 2015 is an official holiday in Russia. The Federal Migration Service and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will be closed. All requests for Russian business watermarked invitations and telexes received on June 11, Thursday will be lodged on June 15, Monday. The requests for tourist vouchers, Russian business letters from authorized companies will be processed same day as usual by our team on duty. The CIS visa support requests will be lodged for processing without delays as well. The due dates on our corporate interface are calculated accordingly, so please consult these for more information. 2015-05-26 FMS e-invitations are available Dear partners,

Further to our previous notification regarding FMS e-invitations, we are glad to announce that effective June 1, 2015 all your requests for FMS visa support will be processed as e-invitations.

Once you receive a copy of an e-invitation you should print it out, fill out the consular visa application form in accordance with the client’s details and submit it to the visa center along with the other documents required to apply for a Russian visa.

By the time you lodge the e-invitation to the consulate, they will be able to find the person’s data in their database by the invitation number.

It is important to know:
  • The prices and the processing periods will remain the same as before
  • The destination consulate can't be changed after the documents have been lodged to FMS
  • The e-invitations are mostly in Russian and don’t have the person’s name written on it. All the data is sent directly to the consulate. Russian Visa Pro will send the client’s info in English along with the e-invite.

2015-04-27 May 1-4 and May 9-11 are official holidays in Russia
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs will be closed on May 1, 2, 3, 4 and May 9, 10, 11.
No applications for telexes will be submitted on these days and no telexes will be sent out to the Russian consulates abroad.
  • All requests received on April 30 will be submitted to the MFA on May 5.
  • All requests received on May 8 will be submitted to the MFA on May 12.
Please note that since all processing periods are calculated in working days and not calendar days, they will be seriously affected by these bank holidays.

The Federal Migration Service will be closed on May 1, 2, 3, 4 and May 9, 10, 11.
No applications for watermarked paper invitations will be submitted and no ready invitations will be issued and handed out during the official holidays.
Whenever possible we recommend you submit applications for faster processing so that the invitations are issued before holidays.

March 9, 2015 is an official holiday in Russia. The Federal Migration Service and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will be closed. All requests for Russian business invitations and telexes received on March 6, Friday and March 9, Monday will be lodged on March 10, Tuesday.

The requests for tourist vouchers, Russian business letters from authorized companies will be processed same day as usual by our team on duty. The due dates on our corporate interface are calculated accordingly, so please consult these for more information.
