June 12, 2013 is an official holiday in Russia.
The Federal Migration Service and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will be closed.
All requests for Russian business watermarked invitations and telexes received on June 11, Tuesday will be lodged on June 13, Thursday.
The requests for tourist vouchers, Russian business letters from authorized companies will be processed same day as usual by our team on duty. The CIS visa support requests will be lodged for processing without delays as well.
The due dates on our corporate interface are calculated accordingly, so please consult these for more information.

Dear Partners,
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan has announced that the new rules of processing Kazakh visas were signed on June 1, 2013 and have come into force.
All applications for telexes must be submitted not later than 14 calendar days before the provisional entry date to Kazakhstan. Applications for earlier travel dates will NOT be accepted.
Kindly pay attention to the travel dates when filling out the form to avoid delays in processing the telexes.

We are happy to inform you that you can now look up information on all the express mail shipments right on your interface.
After login, please go to 'Shipments' in the top navigation to see a complete list of the parcels we've sent, including the date of mailing, the date of provisional delivery, the tracking number and the list of the clients whose documents were included into the parcel.
We hope that you will enjoy the new feature and as always remain open to your suggestions regarding our corporate interface.

Dear Partners,
Kindly be advised that the technical problems with the FMS new database have not been solved as of today. No official information is given, but we expect it to last at least a week more.
As of now, the most affected visa support is single/double paper invitations for 1/3 months with processing period with 6 days.
We do not recommend ordering these invitations at FMS until a further notice and will be removing them from our corporate interface.
The recommended visa support for all time sensitive requests are:

tourist vouchers
- letters from authorized companies
- letters from Chamber of Commerce
- telexes from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
