New regulations for Russian visa support by telex

Kindly be advised that the terms and the costs of procuring Russian visa support have changed globally.

While every effort has been made by Russian Visa Pro to minimize the effect on the services provided to our partners and the associated prices, we would like to update you on the following:

1) Processing periods VS entry date to Russia

In case the entry date to Russia in the submitted application is within 10 days for single/double entry and 20 days for multiple entry visa, counting from the date of the telex request, the processing periods remain the same and the telex will be sent in 3-4 business days as before.

In case the entry date to Russia in the submitted application is later than 10 days for single/double entry and 20 days for multiple entry visa, counting from the date of the telex request, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reserves the right to send the telex at their convenience, which might be later than the advertised terms.

WE RECOMMEND you state the date of entry within 10 days for single/double entry and 20 days for multiple entry off the telex request date in order to receive the visa support on time.

2) Prices on telex visa support

Unfortunately due to the significant increase of the costs associated with the telex processing we are impelled to slightly increase the price of these services as per our current agreement.
