FMS: aircrew and technical support invitations not available

Dear Partners,

Effective today there are new FMS regulations regarding processing invitations for technical specialists and aircrew. The new rules imply that only the airlines and companies that are actually using the services of the technical specialists at their plants and similar establishments are authorised to invite the above mentioned experts in Russia. Commercial companies and service providers are no longer entitled to process invitations for these groups of foreign visitors. We have therefore seized offering these services and your price list and interface options have been updated accordingly.
