FMS expedited invitations update

Dear Partners,

Effective June 1, 2019, the FMS ceases to issue watermarked invitation with express processing. This concerns single/double invitations within 8 working days and multiple invitations within 12 working days.

These services will be no longer available on your partner interface. This will not affect the invitations that are already in process and they will be issued according to the deadlines provided to you by our Visa Department earlier.

The good news is that the FMS has announced that there will be the following services available as a telex directly to the consulate:

- Single / Double Entry FMS Telex* with 6 working days processing period
- Multiple Entry FMS Telex* with 10 working days processing period

* It will still be possible to obtain a watermarked invitation, should your clients require an original.

The Ministry is now deciding on the exact fees to be charged for these services, so we will be able to update you on the prices by the end of this week. The prices will be somewhat higher than the nowadays express invitations, but still affordable compared to the telexes from the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Should you require a new copy of a price list as part of your service agreement, kindly send us a note at sales@visarf.com so that we can send you the papers once the fees are set by the Ministry.
