Dear Partners,

The coronavirus outbreak has made the last few days very challenging and confusing for everyone. We know that many of you are adjusting to the current situation, and have worked with the authorities to sum up what we can currently offer to those who plan to travel to Russia in the near future.

After consulting the officials about the details of the temporary quarantine, we are happy to offer you the following services for the period until May 1, 2020:

- Tourist invitations, the same day as always, available online. Also available as special tourism invitations for visiting exhibitions, etc.

- Business invitations from the Russian companies on official letterhead. Processed the same day as always by our staff in Moscow.

- Business invitations from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, processed within 2-3 business days.

- Business, driver, aircrew and technical support invitations by FMS telex, that will be accepted and processed by our staff, and then lodged to the authorities as soon as they resume their activities, which is now set to be after May 1, 2020.

- Business invitations by MFA telex, that will be accepted and processed by our staff, and then lodged to the authorities as soon as they resume their activities, which is now set to be after May 1, 2020.

For all invitations, the entry date should be no earlier than May 2, 2020. Our online order form has been already updated accordingly.

The consulates of Russia are due to open at about the same time, so the documents can be submitted immediately if the visa support has been already processed. We hope that this solution will help you to deal with the situation with the least possible trouble.
