FMS invitations for the citizens and permanent residents of the UK and Turkey are available

We are happy to inform you that we resume to accept applications for visa support via FMS, for business invites for the citizens AND permanent residents of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and also the citizens of Turkey.

The available services for the citizens of UK can be found on your partner interface, in the section "Business Visa Support to Russia".

The available services for the citizens of Turkey can be found on your partner interface, in the section "Business Visa Support to Russia for Restricted Citizenships".

These services have become available following Decree 1915-p, that was signed by the Government of the Russian Federation on July 24, 2020. The Federal Migration Service is in the process of finalising the internal regulations, as there has been a long period of inactivity since the start of the pandemics, and will resume processing visa support very shortly. We shall advise on the urgent processing for the FMS invitations as soon as more details on the processing periods are available.

As usual, you shall receive a notification through the system as soon as your invitation request is lodged, complete with the reference number and the due date expected.
