Dear Partners,
Starting February, the Federal Migration Service will change the regulations on the processing periods for regular and urgent business visa support. As always, the change was done on a very short notice, and came in force today.
The processing periods will now be counted in
calendar days, and not in business days. The resulting deadlines for urgent visa support remain practically the same, or shorter, and become slightly longer for regular visa support.
We shall thus be updating your partner interface to reflect the processing periods in calendar days. Your invoices for February will be updated accordingly.
We hope that this change will make it easier to calculate the due dates for business visa support. It will also make things more transparent, as the working days in FMS often differ from the common ones.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Federal Migration Service will be closed on November 4, 2019.
No applications for watermarked paper invitations and telexes will be submitted and no ready invitations will be issued and handed out during the official holidays.
- All requests received on Friday, November 1, 2019 will be submitted for processing on Tuesday, November 5, 2019.
Please calculate the processing terms accordingly and contact us should you have any questions. We are always happy to help!
Business visa support on official stationary
Visa support on official stationary will be processed same day on November 4, 2019 by our staff on duty.
Tourist visa support
Our instant service works 24/7 and will not be affected by the official holidays. You are welcome to request vouchers online as usual.
Our team will stay on duty on November 4, 2019 to assist you with complex requests and customized tourist invitations.

Dear partners,
According to the decree of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs, effective October 1, 2019 all types of FMS visa support, be it a regular or an express service (single/double/multiple entry for 1, 3, 6 and 12 months), will be issued electronically as telexes. They will no longer be delivered as paper invitations.
Please note all applications for FMS paper invitations that are already in process will be issued as per your request.

Dear Partners,
Effective today, 28th June, the option of electronic invitation is temporary unavailable at the FMS due to the technical issues, and until further notice from the authority.
All new requests and the requests which were lodged on 21st June and later on will be delivered as paper invitations.
