January 1-8, 2018 are official holidays in Russia.
The Federal Migration Service and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will be closed.
All requests for Russian business watermarked invitations and telexes received after December 28, 2017 will be lodged on January 9, 2018.
IMPORTANT: Due to the duration of the official holidays Russian Visa Pro anticipates certain difficulties and delays with processing at the Federal Migration Service. Whenever possible please consider faster processing terms or alternative visa supports.
The requests for tourist vouchers, Russian business letters from authorized companies will be processed same day as usual by our team on duty, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, January, from 10 am to 6 pm Moscow time.
The due dates on our corporate interface are calculated accordingly, so please consult these for more information.

Due to the official holiday the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Federal Migration Service will be closed on Monday, November 6, 2017.
No applications for watermarked paper invitations and telexes will be submitted and no ready invitations will be issued and handed out during the official holidays.
- All requests received on November 3, 2017 will be submitted for processing on Tuesday, November 7, 2017.

Visa support on official stationary will be processed same day on November 6, 2017 by our staff on duty.
Tourist visa support

Kindly be advised that due to the technical issues within FMS database, these visa support currently take longer to be processed at the FMS. The due dates have been adjusted accordingly on your partner interface.
Express FMS invitations have NOT been affected.
In order to avoid any inconveniences with the clients we suggest you choose the following types of visa support on our web site: express FMS visa support, invitations on the letterhead of the Russian organizations, or that of the Russian Chamber of Commerce, telexes, or tourist visa support.
