Dear Partners,
Kindly be advised that due to the recent May holidays and the forthcoming summer vacations the Federal Migration Service may occasionally delay processing of the urgent visa requests for FMS invitations.
The recent technical issues around the world are unlikely to make the situation better.
We assume that it is the urgent single and double business FMS visa support that may be affected. Single/double FMS visa support with regular processing periods, and multiple FMS visa support are expected to be processed according to the deadlines as usual.
Whenever possible, we urge you to opt for special tourism visa support, invitations on the letterhead of the Russian organisations, or that of the Russian Chamber of Commerce, and telexes. Otherwise kindly plan ahead in order to account for prolonged processing periods.

The Federal Migration Service will be closed on May 2, 3 and May 9, 2016.
No applications for watermarked paper invitations will be submitted and no ready invitations will be issued and handed out during the official holidays.
We expect that the FMS might be overloaded on May 5 and May 6 and some invitations might be delayed until the end of holidays.
Whenever possible we recommend you submit applications for faster processing so that the invitations are issued before holidays.
- All requests received on April 29 will be submitted to the FMS on May 5.
- All requests received after May 4 will be submitted to the FMS on May 11.
Please calculate the processing terms accordingly and contact us should you have any questions. We are always happy to assist!

January 1-9, 2017 are official holidays in Russia.
The Federal Migration Service and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will be closed.
All requests for Russian business watermarked invitations and telexes received after December 28, 2016 will be lodged on January 9, 2017.
IMPORTANT: Due to the duration of the official holidays Russian Visa Pro anticipates certain difficulties and delays with processing at the Federal Migration Service. Whenever possible please consider faster processing terms or alternative visa supports.
The requests for tourist vouchers, Russian business letters from authorized companies will be processed same day as usual by our team on duty, 4, 5, 6 January, from 10 am to 6 pm Moscow time.
