Please note only paper invitations are available for aircrew specialists and the following additional documents are required for processing: a license for pilots and a crew ID for flight attendants should be attached to the online requests along with the passport copy.

Kindly be advised that MFA has informed us today that due to the changes of software, the upcoming reform of the official authorities responsible for processing invitations for foreign citizens, and upcoming bank holidays, telex requests will not be processed till May 10. The availability of telexes after May holidays is yet to be confirmed, and we shall update you asap.

Effective today there are new FMS regulations regarding processing invitations for technical specialists and aircrew.
The new rules imply that only the airlines and companies that are actually using the services of the technical specialists at their plants and similar establishments are authorised to invite the above mentioned experts in Russia.
Commercial companies and service providers are no longer entitled to process invitations for these groups of foreign visitors. We have therefore seized offering these services and your price list and interface options have been updated accordingly.
